Requirements

• Graduation from a standard high school or equivalency diploma.
• Experience in coaching at High School, Junior College or 4 Year Level.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the head coach in all duties involved in running the softball program.
• Recruiting qualified student-athletes.
• Organization and design of practice and competition.
• Scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Supervision of academic progress.
• Coordinate and conduct off season workouts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by head coach.
