Responsibilities

  • Manage all property operations, including maintenance, repair projects, and capital improvements.
  • Oversee property maintenance activities to ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Obtain bids from, negotiate with, and supervise outside vendors, holding them accountable for the terms of their contracts.
  • Monitor and inspect maintenance, repairs, and construction performed by approved purveyors and in-house maintenance personnel.
  • Read and analyze construction drawings and review building codes.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering positive relationships through effective customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility management tasks, ensuring timely completion of services.
