The Assistant Property Manager will conduct all business in accordance with UPA, LLC policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments. This role involves implementing Blended Management systems by collaborating with and maintaining ongoing communications with the Service Coordinator and Service Providers onsite. The Assistant Property Manager will provide written reports documenting meetings and communications with services, including site activities and systems in place to encourage tenant lease compliance and foster resident responsibility. Additionally, the role includes managing additional site staff, hosting tenant meetings, drafting annual budgets, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.
