About The Position

Requirements

  • Earned doctorate in Education, Educational Research Methods, Organizational Change, Leadership Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration, Sociology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 18 graduate-level credit hours in research methods.
  • Expertise in qualitative research methods such as phenomenology and case study.
  • Knowledge of quantitative research methods, including survey research and design.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in program evaluation.
  • Experience teaching research methods courses at the university level.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

  • Teach research methods courses in the Educational Leadership program.
  • Serve as methodologist on dissertation committees.
  • Develop and implement program evaluation plans aligned with the University's strategic goals.
  • Collect and analyze data using various research methods, including surveys and interviews.
  • Implement quasi-experimental designs to assess program impacts.
  • Synthesize evaluation findings and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in writing grant proposals and manuscripts for publication.
