Under supervision of the Vice Provost for Research and Health Sciences, the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Assistant Manager assists in organizing, managing, implementing, and maintaining programs in environmental health and safety. Assists in the administration, promotion, development, presentation, training, and coordination of various EHS programs at the University to ensure research and laboratory compliance with System regulations, regulatory agencies, and national guidelines. Develop training programs for students, faculty, and staff as required; participates in administration, promotion, training, coordination of safety regulations as applicable; work collaboratively with various units within the campus and TAMU system, and maintain documentation and metrics.
