The position supports operations for all new vehicle sales CRM programs with direction from Manager and Senior Group Manager of the department, managing all aspects of procurement, purchase requests, budgeting tracking and reporting for the Customer Relationship department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience of which at least three years of directly related experience in CRM marketing.
  • Two or more years related automotive experience preferred.
  • Agency and/or vendor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Tier 3 CRM OnDemand program with guidance from CRM Manager and Senior Group Manager.
  • Support CRM Manager on operational execution of all Tier 1 CRM activity.
  • Support CRM Senior Manager of Customer Analytics on providing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analytical reporting for HMA leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure program launch meets business requirements.
  • Partner with internal departments, including incentives, legal, procurement, privacy, finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide campaign reporting to business stakeholders throughout HMA.
  • Develop and maintain an annual department budget with conjunction from the Senior Group Manager.
  • Manage all purchase requests/change notices and work with key departmental, purchasing and legal personnel to develop contracts with critical vendors and to ensure proper budget approval and agreements are in place.
  • Manage the timely payment of all invoices to vendors.
  • Manage project estimate with IWA on a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely budget report and accrual tasks.
  • Prepare annual budget planning document and input final budget to the system.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as necessary.
  • Approve email deployment post all required internal and external approvals are in place and testing has been completed.
  • Problem identification, problem solving/resolution, creation and routing of PR's.
