About The Position

The Assistant Manager Closer at Hyatt Vacation Club assists the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery. This includes scheduling Sales Executives to meet customer flow, reviewing weekly reports, and disseminating this information to the sales team. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for assisting sales executives with closing sales, generating new business, and coordinating with the marketing department. They provide necessary resources, coaching, and training on sales techniques to the sales staff, work with the Sales Manager to resolve conflicts, and manage team performance. Additionally, they monitor the guest experience and proactively respond to customer concerns, assisting the Sales Manager with other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language may be required.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery.
  • Schedule Sales Executives to meet customer flow.
  • Review weekly reports and disseminate information to the sales team.

  • Generate new business and attract potential owners.
  • Provide coaching and training on sales techniques to the sales staff.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage team performance.

  • Conduct regular sales management meetings to review performance.
  • Assist in managing the Daily Sales Executive Tour Rotation.
  • Conduct and participate in Daily Huddles/Line Ups.
  • Provide real-time coaching and consultation to Sales Executives.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews with Sales Executives.
  • Assist in the on-boarding of new Sales Executives.
  • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and concerns.
  • Support the hiring process by participating in recruiting activities.
