About The Position
The ideal Assistant Asset Protection Manager takes ownership and initiative, is skilled in time management, and can maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards. A day in the life includes working with the Asset Protection Leadership to ensure complete building security and safety, responding to and reporting all store security and emergency situations, administering first aid, escorting hostile individuals from the store, helping lost children, and partnering with the Asset Protection Manager to assist employees with safety incidents. The role also involves observing customer behavior for indicators of theft, coaching Asset Protection employees, and reviewing reports to ensure proper documentation of Loss Prevention incidents.
