Requirements

• Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan.

• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering innovative care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned unit to ensure consistent and quality clinical care for all guests.
• Plan, implement, direct, and evaluate care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on the assigned unit.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of requested reports, including infection control and quality management.
• Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, training, and evaluations.
