Anderson University's Athletic Department invites applications for Assistant Coach, Softball. Anderson University is an innovative, entrepreneurial, premier comprehensive Christian liberal arts university affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. The university seeks candidates with a strong Christian value system, lifestyle, and commitment to the integration of faith and learning. The Assistant Coach is responsible, in coordination and in support of the Head Coach for Softball, for the development and maintenance of an effective and competitive NCAA Division II softball program. This position will assist with administration, recruitment and retention of all student athletes by developing a supportive Christian faith culture within the program while adhering to all NCAA rules and regulations. Additional responsibilities include performing general maintenance to the softball facility, ordering and maintaining supplies as needed, scheduling facilities and transportation for games and practices, and collaborating with the department of Sports Information on film edits, social media postings, and other digital initiatives that highlight the university's softball program.
