Assistant Business Development Manager – Retail Operations - French Market (Based in Hong Kong)

• Manage and oversee the sales & operations of multiple stores
• Develop seasonal/annual merchandise plans and forecast inventory needs
• Coordinate with internal teams for new product launch arrangements in retail stores
• Hold sales meetings and report sales results and activities
• Review and implement standard operational procedures for operational efficiency
• Review and analyze store sales numbers, inventory costs, operational expenses, and inventory loss
• Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Create appeal for retail stores

• Experience in managing and overseeing the sales and operations of multiple stores
• Ability to develop seasonal/annual merchandise plans and forecast inventory needs
• Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams for new product launch arrangements in retail stores
• Excellent communication skills to hold sales meetings and report sales results and activities
• Knowledge of standard operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
