This Assistant Business Development Manager – Retail Operations role at CASETiFY involves strategizing and executing plans to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of multiple stores. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales & operations of multiple stores
- Develop seasonal/annual merchandise plans and forecast inventory needs
- Coordinate with internal teams for new product launch arrangements in retail stores
- Hold sales meetings and report sales results and activities
- Review and implement standard operational procedures for operational efficiency
- Review and analyze store sales numbers, inventory costs, operational expenses, and inventory loss
- Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Create appeal for retail stores
Requirements
- Experience in managing and overseeing the sales and operations of multiple stores
- Ability to develop seasonal/annual merchandise plans and forecast inventory needs
- Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams for new product launch arrangements in retail stores
- Excellent communication skills to hold sales meetings and report sales results and activities
- Knowledge of standard operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analytical skills to review and analyze store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses, and inventory loss
- Creative mindset to define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy
