About The Position

The Asset Transfer Services (ATS) Department balances incoming and outgoing transfer requests for Schwab clients. ATS strives to lead the industry by crafting the best transfer experience for our clients, internal business partners, and contra/brokerage firms.

Requirements

• Be flexible to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume processing spikes.
• Provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls and via written communication.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, internal business partners, and contra firms.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy while processing each transfer request in a timely manner.
• Experience working with multiple systems in a dual monitor environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Desire and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of functions and services for Schwab Advisor Services and Investor Services client groups.
• Process transfer paperwork.
• Review assets for acceptability to transfer.
• Communicate directly with clients, business partners, and other financial institutions.
