Requirements

• Bachelor's or other college degree, certification, or equivalent
• 0-2+ years in the financial industry
• Solid understanding of investments and financial planning strategies for clients
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accurately
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Self-starter, problem solver, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required

Responsibilities

• Monitoring account deposits and transfers
• Mapping trade recommendations
• Obtaining trade approval and ensuring trade completion
• Monitoring and managing advisory fees, account debit balances, cash balance thresholds
• Recommending and monitoring investment options for retirement plans
• Advisory fee resolution
• Contacting clients to obtain trade approval (with appropriate licensure)
• Completing fixed income research & trading
• Contributing to Investment Committee preparation, research, & follow-up
• Raising funds for distributions & contributions
• Maintaining and retrieving appropriate account performance information in the appropriate databases
• Generating proposals and hypotheticals
• Updating and reviewing asset allocation spreadsheets
