Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of electro-mechanical technical tasks, including design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and test both system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Assist with new system installations, NPI (New Product Introduction) installations, and field upgrades.
  • Work from schematics, diagrams, written/verbal descriptions, layouts, and plans to conduct routine testing and troubleshooting of systems.
  • Document test results, logbooks, and procedures, demonstrating strong written communication skills.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms, ensuring adherence to engineering and manufacturing specifications.
  • Comply with all safety standards and maintain a secure, clean, and healthy work environment.
  • Participate in required safety training and follow all safety and security protocols.
  • Report accidents, hazards, and emergencies promptly, use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, and ensure safe handling of equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with current manufacturing and engineering processes, assist with identifying and solving process issues as they arise.
  • Perform rework based on testing outcomes and generate Quality Notifications as needed.
