About The Position

ST Engineering is hiring for a position that focuses on assembling units while adhering to company standards. The role is designed to help you build relationships and take advantage of career opportunities, with training and coaching provided to support your career path. This position is strictly for day shift only.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of hand tools (training provided for the right candidate).
• Ability to use math and various measuring devices to interpret and follow written instructions and engineering drawings.
• Physical fitness to perform all functions of designated work areas, including the use of small tools and full range of motion.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units by modifying, setting up, fitting, refurbishing, etc., following written and verbal instructions.
• Detect and report faulty operations, materials, and working conditions to the supervisor.
• Use safety equipment as instructed and follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
• Promote the 5S concept of order and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties and cross-train as required or assigned.
