About The Position

Konami Gaming Inc. is seeking a temporary assembler to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This entry-level position involves assembling, disassembling, modifying, and repairing machines and various component parts for gaming products. The assembler will work autonomously while adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED / Mechanical certification is required.
• One or more years of experience in a mechanical or technical manufacturing role is desired.
• Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience using basic handheld mechanical tools.
• Must be able to obtain and retain Gaming licensure(s).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move machines weighing up to 300 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Positions and assembles parts according to verbal instructions, written directions, and schematics.
• Follows instructions from Lead Assemblers, Sub-Line Leads, and Manufacturing Management.
• Performs simple assembly and testing of game machine components to ensure satisfactory performance.
• Fastens parts together using hand and/or power tools or specialized equipment.
• Disassembles slot machines and various assemblies or component parts.
• Makes modifications or repairs as directed using hand and/or power tools.
• Sets up or takes down workstation daily, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assists in loading and unloading machines to and from transportation carriers.
• Maintains expected output quantity and productivity of the production line.
• Participates in company health and safety programs and complies with OSHA policies.
• Reports hazardous conditions and job-related injuries to management.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding company and employee information.
