About The Position

As a Pavement Maintenance Technician at EverLine, you will operate specialized equipment and apply essential materials on pavement surfaces, enhancing the value and longevity of our clients' pavement assets. This role is designed for energetic individuals eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary!

Requirements

• A valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Any experience with small engines or paint sprayers is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring.
• Plan and execute high-quality projects under the guidance of our seasoned team.
• Communicate daily job progress to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site free of hazards.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
