About The Position

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (MFA or equivalent preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and teaching excellence in the arts.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in arts leadership, including budget and facilities management.
• Familiarity with current best practices in visual and performing arts education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the school's Academic Council and collaborate with division heads and other department chairs.
