Art Director, Brand & Marketing

This job is for a creative leader who will be responsible for developing and leading the brand aesthetic of ClassDojo. The role involves working on various marketing projects, including new product launches, and building a team over time. The ideal candidate should have extensive design experience, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of brand and marketing design. They should also be comfortable designing across different touchpoints and have a passion for great design work and influencing tactics.

• Iteratively develop the brand aesthetic across ClassDojo.com, email campaigns, and broader marketing work, including new product launches
• Build and lead a team over time, leading design work across important projects and supporting and challenging the team to deliver incredible work
• Help build the world's leading brand focused on kids, families, and education
• Have 15+ years of design experience
• Have 5+ years of team leadership and management experience
• Deep experience in brand and marketing design
• Comfort designing across various touchpoints, from small emails to expansive landing pages to advertising campaigns
• Study great design work and tactics of framing and influence
• Be relentless in focus
