About The Position

Join our dynamic team of digital professionals at our Jackson, TN plant as an Application Developer. You'll play a key role in the design and continuous improvement of our smart factory systems. We will rely on you to create innovative technology solutions to support our business. You will work closely with our IT, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Operations teams as we work collaboratively to meet business needs. This role is fully on-site at the Jackson, TN plant and will report into the Lead Application Developer.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Applied understanding of procedural, object-oriented, scripting, and ETL languages/technologies.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Exposure to industrial applications, MES, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing applications such as OSI PI, Proficy, Power Platform and other manufacturing intelligence tools.
• Support data collection, processing, and analytics to enhance operational insights and drive process improvements.
• Work on system integrations, troubleshoot application issues, and provide support for manufacturing IT systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure system reliability and performance.
