About The Position

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine Physicians at our New Town location in Williamsburg, VA. The practice includes 3 Physicians and 7 Nurse Practitioners, offering a 4-day work week with an average of 16-24 patients per day. The role involves adult and chronic care management with some pediatric opportunity.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

Responsibilities

• Provide care as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in a family medicine setting.
• Manage adult and chronic care patients.
• Engage in some pediatric care opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
