About The Position

At Levi Strauss & Co., we are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Analyst to join our Ecommerce Performance Marketing & Analytics team to support and provide strategic insights on channel-level performance for Levi's® in the US. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will provide crucial analyses that help guide strategy and optimization, while also managing necessary internal reporting. You will also support the Performance Marketing team's measurement and attribution efforts to ensure we are driving efficient and incremental growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in data-related fields (mathematics, statistics, analytics, or data engineering).
  • 2+ years of experience in a business or marketing analytics role, in-house or agency.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex SQL queries; Python a plus.
  • SQL experience within Google Cloud Platform/BQ preferred.
  • Experience working with data engineering teams in a large-scale data ocean.
  • Experience with data visualization solutions; experience with Tableau or Looker.
  • Interest in applying data analytics to answering real-world questions.

Responsibilities

  • Turn business questions into functional analysis - understand the core impact regarding demand, profitability, and other KPIs.
  • Guide data-driven decision-making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into relevant insights.
  • Communicate findings with action-based recommendations.
  • Present to many levels, including VP band.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of projects.
  • Manage reporting for the Performance Marketing team, supporting Levi's® brand in the US.
  • Lead measurement and analyses at a channel level by ensuring we are measuring performance and impact.
  • Enhance the existing reporting infrastructure and supporting Tableau and Looker dashboards.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, supporting test and learn approach to marketing channels - be able to pull and analyze data, interpret results, and create recommendations.
  • Manage technical conversations/troubleshooting with our marketing vendors.
  • Work directly with engineering, implementation, and data engineering team to resolve data issues.
  • Support marketing tag QA and implementation.
