Responsibilities
- In a team of developers you will be jointly responsible for the development and improvements of the assigned applications.
- You work closely with the internal customer in a team. You ensure an excellent delivery so that the release meets the expectations of the customer as much as possible.
- You ensure a timely and correct delivery of the requested developments/software applications, in accordance with the agreed procedures and standards.
- You carry out analyzes and technical designs for changes.
- In case of problems or ambiguities, you provide feedback and propose a solution or ask further questions until everything is clear. You look for pragmatic solutions.
- You test the developed code and ensure a traceable and unambiguous description and storage of the test results.
Requirements
- Good basic knowledge of Mainframe development, knowledge of Objectstar is a strong asset
- Dutch speaker
- Experience with payroll processes and solutions is a strong asset
- Customer-oriented and can complete assignments independently as well as work smoothly in a team
- Flexible and likes to work towards a concrete result
- Comfortable in a working environment where there is direct contact with colleagues on a daily basis and dealing with various aspects in a project to be delivered
- Competencies important for everyone in the organization: customer-driven performance, pride, dare, and strong together
