The Alarm Coordinator is responsible for dispatching and processing alarm signals, CCTV events, building security events, and alarm-related phone traffic. This role involves maintaining and updating the alarm processing database, making necessary alarm programming changes, and documenting and monitoring security events. The Alarm Coordinator will assist alarm users with first-level alarm system problems, including arming, disarming, force arming, and addressing minor malfunctions. Additionally, the position requires performing system backups and equipment maintenance.
