AI RESEARCH Manager

The job overview for this role is that AlphaSense is seeking a passionate AI Research Manager to join their AI Research team. • Develop cutting-edge deep learning, NLP, search, and generative AI algorithms for AlphaSense Search and AI products
• Deploy end-to-end AI systems in production
• Hire and manage top AI talent
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Be an expert in machine learning and deep learning
• Possess an advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field with a focus on machine learning
• Have 5+ years of experience in developing end-to-end deep learning and NLP models
• Have 2+ years of technical leadership experience in a cross-functional and distributed team environment
• Be an expert in one or more of the following domains: NLP, Generative AI, Search Relevance Ranking, and Recommendation algorithms
• Have a track record of hiring.

• 5+ years of experience developing end-to-end deep learning and NLP models and deploying them in production
