AI Product Engineer - Labs

The job overview for this role is to join the Postman Labs team as an exceptional engineer, focusing on Generative AI and its integration with existing products and APIs. The ideal candidate is an experienced and product-minded engineer with expertise in React and Node.js, a background in building and shipping world-class products at scale, and a passion for AI.

• Build and experiment with new ideas that will impact millions of people around the world
• Wear multiple hats; engineering, product, design (whatever might be needed to get the job done)
• Own the product - right from conception and development to validation and talking to users
• Build integrated product experiences that bridge the gap between the cutting edge of development in AI and well-crafted solutions for our 25m users
• Have expertise in React and Node.js (a plus)
• Have a background of building and shipping world-class products at scale
• Have a passion and interest for AI
• Ability to build a feature from scratch and drive it to completion
• Have a "validate first and perfect later" mentality
• Be curious and excited about how things work under the hood
• Be self-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team

An experienced and product-minded Engineer (4 years +) who has the desire, flexibility and ability to wear multiple hats.

Expertise in React and Node.js is a plus.
