About The Position
The AI Governance Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust governance framework for AI technologies across Alcoa. This role ensures that AI initiatives align with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and the company's strategic objectives. The AI Governance Lead will report into and collaborate across Alcoa’s Information Technology and Automation Solutions (ITAS) organization. They will also collaborate directly with other parts of Alcoa, including but not limited to Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, Legal, Procurement, and Audit teams and key business stakeholders leveraging AI technologies.
