About The Position

Infotrend, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support Agile Transformation and Delivery efforts within federal government contracting. The Agile Coach will act as a change agent, applying expertise to corporate initiatives and supporting high-performance program delivery teams. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.
• 10+ years of IT program/project experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAFe, Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Nice To Haves

• Current or ability to obtain at least two advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Practice Consultant, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching).
• Expert understanding of metrics and measurements for team performance.
• Experience working with technologists and business leaders.
• Change agent/organizational change expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Agile Transformation roadmap for the enterprise.
• Evaluate existing programs for alignment with Agile principles and recommend optimization solutions.
• Support federal programs as an Agile Coach, aiding organizations in their transformation initiatives.
• Create and facilitate Agile workshops to support transformation efforts.
• Coach team members on optimal use of Agile tools and technologies (Jira, Confluence, TFS/Azure DevOps).
• Provide visibility and understanding of team performance for continuous improvement actions.
• Support bids, proposals, and marketing efforts, including creating Agile content and delivering presentations.
