We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing and optimizing our affiliate marketing program. You'll focus on expanding our influencer network, nurturing existing affiliate relationships, and driving creative strategies to boost product sales across 300+ brands. Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for networking and negotiation.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and performance-tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand our network and increase brand reach.
  • Create, curate, and distribute 1-2 engaging weekly affiliate newsletters to keep partners informed, motivated, and aligned with our goals.
  • Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and knowledge to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, answering inquiries, and fostering collaboration.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase product sales through affiliate channels, including promotions, campaigns, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to align affiliate efforts with broader company objectives.
