About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and dependable individuals for an hourly, part-time position service youth and families in Providence, Kent, and Bristol County. This role requires a commitment to being a positive role model in community, school, and home settings.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance declaration page.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families.
• Develop service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
