About The Position

The Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I) at Merrill Wealth Management is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and licenses to become successful financial advisors. This role focuses on building client relationships, understanding complex financial needs, and providing tailored investment advice. Participants will receive dedicated study time for obtaining essential securities licenses and will progress through stages of development, ultimately aiming to become core Merrill Financial Advisors.

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
