About the position
This position is for an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) within the Federal system, specifically targeting various locations including Belcourt, ND, Fort Yates, ND, and several others in South Dakota and Nebraska. The role requires a graduate or higher-level degree in nursing from an accredited program, with specialties that may include Anesthesia, Midwifery, Family, Psychiatric Mental Health, Emergency, Pediatric, and Women's Health. Applicants must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license as a professional nurse. The position is open for applications from July 8, 2024, to July 7, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care in various specialties.

Requirements
- Graduate or higher-level degree in nursing from an accredited program.

- Certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools for foreign graduates.
Nice-to-haves
- PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in nursing or related field for GS-11 and above.
- One year of professional advanced practice nursing experience for GS-11 and above.
