The Advanced Cyber Security Architect/Engineer at Honeywell is responsible for conducting penetration testing and security assessments of IT and OT systems. This role involves direct engagement with customers to negotiate and document pre-engagements, perform on-site testing, and summarize findings in comprehensive reports. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in various programming and scripting languages to effectively assess and enhance cybersecurity measures.

  • Conduct penetration testing and security assessments of IT and OT systems, software, databases, and hardware.
  • Engage with customers to negotiate and document pre-engagements and summarize findings.
  • Prepare high-quality pre-engagement documents and comprehensive penetration testing reports.
  • Perform hands-on network, OS, domain, and application penetration testing.
  • Utilize various scripting and programming languages for testing purposes.
  • Research cybersecurity trends, testing techniques, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), DCS, SCADA, and PLC.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in Informational and Operational Technology (IT & OT).
  • Expert knowledge of network threats, attacks, attack vectors, and methods of exploitation.
  • Experience in LAN architectures and related diagnostic tools.
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols and common industrial communication protocols.
  • Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nessus, and Nmap.
  • Valid OSCP and/or OSCE certifications.
  • Experience with anti-virus systems and backup & restore solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise and industrial wireless technology.
  • Familiarity with log collection, management, and reporting tools.
  • Employee referral fee of $1500.
