Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Experience in marketing, admissions, and sales is preferred.
• Must be patient, friendly, courteous, and respectful to residents in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to residents and family members to ensure a positive admissions process.
• Assists with referral admissions procedures while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Prepares admission packets and other necessary admission materials.
• Conducts facility tours for potential residents and their families.
• Tracks and reports daily census in accordance with facility guidelines and assists with census reports.
• Maintains a record of weekly admission inquiries/referrals and manages the waiting list of potential residents.
• Welcomes new residents and conducts orientation for them and their families during the admission process.
• Offers support and assistance to residents and families throughout the admission process.
