About The Position

The Administrator at the West Boca Raton Moose Lodge is responsible for overseeing the lodge's operations, ensuring compliance with Moose International requirements, and managing financial records. This role is crucial for maintaining the lodge's administrative functions and supporting its activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with a Fraternal Organization.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Knowledge in spreadsheets is a plus.
• Etip's certification is required.
• Leadership Classes will be required.

Responsibilities

• Draw and sign all checks that have been approved.
• Maintain and enter membership into a customized program.
• Maintain and enter all vendor invoicing into QuickBooks Online.
• Responsible for all securities and valuable papers of the Lodge.
• Close the books or computer records on the last business day of each month.
• Deposit all monies received.
• Furnish information as required to Moose International.
• Sign all authorized documents, receipts, certificates, communications, reports, and other papers as needed.
• Accurately record and maintain the minutes of all Lodge meetings, Board of Officers meetings, and other meetings and hearings.
• Attend the monthly District Meeting.
• Attend the Mid-Year and Annual Conference/Convention of the Association.
• Attend the annual Moose International Convention.
