About The Position

The City of Alameda is seeking a full-time Administrative Technician I for the Prosecution Unit within the City Attorney's Office. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain case files for the Prosecution Unit.
  • Manage the Unit's electronic file system and court calendar.
  • Track metrics and prepare crime statistics.
  • Perform technical and administrative tasks in assigned functional areas.
  • Review work for compliance with policies and standards.
  • Establish and maintain complex record-keeping systems.
  • Conduct audits and verify data accuracy.
  • Assist in providing support to boards and commissions, including compiling agendas and minutes.
  • Gather, tabulate, and analyze data for reports and statements.
  • Provide lead direction to clerical staff.
