About the position

This role is for an administrative business partner who will provide support to Stripe's leadership team. The main responsibilities include proactive calendar support, making recommendations for time management and organization, supporting various teams, contributing to meetings and offsites, tracking project milestones and goals, establishing administrative systems and processes, and assisting with ad hoc projects and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should meet the minimum requirements and have strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive calendar support for leaders and potentially other team members
  • Make recommendations for executives regarding time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
  • Support the operations and culture of various Stripe teams
  • Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Partner with executives to track project milestones and progress against goals
  • Establish new and improve existing administrative systems and processes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience providing proactive calendar support for executives and their teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to make recommendations and assist with prioritization, delegation, and organization for executives
  • Familiarity with supporting operations and culture of teams
  • Excellent communication and note-taking skills
  • Ability to track project milestones and progress against goals
  • Experience establishing and improving administrative systems and processes
  • Flexibility to assist with ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements
