About The Position

We're hiring a Full Time Administrative Assistant for Lorraine Lakes Town Center. At Troon, we believe our Associates are our greatest strength and competitive advantage. As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the daily functions of the office for the maintenance department. Previous office management experience is a requirement for the position. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with the ability to multi-task and work independently, as needed. Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of previous experience in bookkeeping/office management
  • Business-related degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS
  • Ability to maintain high level confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly motivated, goal driven and a self-starter

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the golf and country club business is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, including master ie report
  • Assisting in end of month inventory
  • Provide superior customer service to all members and guests
  • Submit invoices for processing
  • Assist in the administration of membership sales
  • Participates as needed in special department projects
  • Participates in department meetings
  • Maintenance of office supplies and files
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
