Requirements

• Master's Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of principles/methods for curriculum/training design/teaching for individuals/groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Thorough knowledge of the structure/content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• General knowledge of principles/processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage syllabus materials.
• Facilitate activities in the classroom, simulation laboratory, clinic, and/or other setting(s).
• Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty course director.
• Provide and facilitate examinations. May include assigning grades consistent with course requirements.
• Teaches or facilitates classes based on varied schedules to accommodate diverse student needs and to meet the expectations of the College as assigned by the designated faculty course director.
• Prepares assignments and follows the course curriculum as assigned.
• Evaluates student performance and learning.
• Maintains an active classroom environment conducive to student learning and success.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
