About the position
The Account Marketing Specialist at YETI is responsible for driving sell-through of YETI products by ensuring strong representation and promotion of the brand across retail customers' stores, digital platforms, and social platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and customers to execute marketing initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and incorporate learnings into marketing strategy. The Account Marketing Specialist also plays a key role in planning product launches, managing in-store assets, and supporting dealer employee training. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the outdoors and the YETI lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Support execution on the operational aspects of account management to provide customers with world-class service and support
- Drive brand image and positioning across YETI's US Wholesale accounts
- Implement marketing and marketing initiatives to drive sell-through at scale within YETI's US Wholesale accounts
- Support, audit, and measure the effectiveness of account plans, events, and marketing initiatives
- Implement learnings from audits into marketing strategy and programming
- Ensure Sales and YETI dealers are up to date on initiatives and drive deployment of YETI marketing assets within YETI's dealer asset portal and in-store assets
- Plan product launches at assigned customers/customer groups, leveraging in-store, digital, social, event platforms, and campaigns
- Build meaningful and collaborative partnerships across YETI Marketing, Product, and Sales and key customer touchpoints
- Execute POP and fixture programs from creation, prototyping, shipping, to installation
- Support dealer employee training and motivation initiatives

- Ability to build collaborative partnerships across marketing, product, sales, and customer touchpoints
- Experience in executing POP and fixture programs
- Knowledge of dealer employee training and motivation initiatives
