About the position

This job is for an Inside Sales position at AutoScout24, where the main focus is on winning new car dealers or maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have impressive phone presence, be creative in their approach, and be willing to explore different strategies. They should also have strong hunter qualities to ensure customer retention and utilize cross- and upselling opportunities. As a brand ambassador for AutoScout24, the candidate will represent the company's values and engage in personal conversations with customers and manufacturers. The desired profile includes experience in sales, particularly over the phone, as well as resilience and persistence. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a background in digital solution selling. Creativity, empathy, and ambition are also important qualities for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Gewinnen neuer Händler für Autoscout24 oder Übernahme, Entwicklung und Ausbau von Bestandskunden
  • Beeindruckende Präsenz am Telefon und kreative Herangehensweise
  • Kunden-Rückgewinnung durch Hunter-Qualitäten
  • Nutzung von cross- und upselling Potenzialen für langfristige Kundenbeziehungen
  • Vertreten der Marke AutoScout24 und ihrer Werte bei Kunden und Herstellern im persönlichen Gespräch
  • Erfahrung im Sales und am Telefon, Hartnäckigkeit und Resilienz als Verkäufer
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Vertrautheit mit Digital Solution Selling und Nutzung dieser Kenntnisse für den Verkauf
  • Kreativität, Empathie, Ehrgeiz

Requirements
