About the position
This role is part of the Careem team, which is focused on building the Everything App for the greater Middle East. The main objective of this position is to manage key restaurant partners and drive business growth for accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships, analyzing data, and working closely with internal stakeholders to meet growth objectives. Previous experience in account management and commercial roles, along with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact with key restaurant partners
- Drive business growth of accounts and improve their commercial and operational performance
- Analyze data on accounts performance and make data-backed decisions to improve performance
- Complete monthly merchant performance reviews and create plans for the next month based on discussions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and supply, merchant, and customer domains to meet growth objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organization skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable analyzing data
- Experience using Microsoft Office
