Account Manager I

This role is focused on key account management and driving business growth for Careem Food. The main responsibilities include developing strong relationships with restaurant partners, analyzing data to improve performance, conducting performance meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet growth objectives. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in account management and commercial roles, excellent attention to detail and organization skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis experience are also required.

• Develop strong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact with key restaurant partners
• Drive business growth of accounts and improve their commercial and operational performance
• Analyze data on accounts performance and make data-backed decisions to improve key accounts' performance
• Complete monthly merchant performance reviews and create plans for the next month based on discussions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and supply, merchant, and customer domains to meet growth objectives
• Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
• Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organization skills
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable analyzing data
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
