About The Position

The Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. The FSM’s primary responsibility is to represent our clients. This position provides field support including sales within current accounts, support with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance to ensure it meets customer standards, trouble-shooting, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. Additional responsibilities include Contractor recruitment, negotiating contracts, procuring supplies from clients, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The FSM will manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products. They will generate additional sales within the current client base to help ensure clients' facilities are up to City Wide standards, support existing clients, formulate sales strategies, and communicate product value to clients. The FSM will also formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client, negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services, and manage all Contractor relationships.
