About the position
As a New Business Account Manager Digital Marketing at DEPT®, your main responsibility is to lead the new business processes and establish strong relationships with clients. You will utilize your sales talent to convince clients to work with us and make contact with key decision-makers. Additionally, you will be involved in developing go-to-market strategies and new service propositions. With at least 2-4 years of experience in a new business role, preferably at a digital agency, you should have excellent communication skills and be proactive in taking the lead. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead new business qualification and pitch processes
- Make contact with key decision-makers and network effectively
- Deliver written input and facilitate the pitch process for international pitches
- Develop go-to-market strategies and new service propositions
- Utilize consultative selling to convince potential clients
- Start and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners
- Work closely with the New business lead, the VP of growth, and various specialists
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience in a new business role with a focus on digital marketing
- Have great communication skills and the ability to persuade
- Have experience working on pitches
- Be proactive and take the lead
- Be ambitious, commercial, results-oriented, and organized
- Be fluent in both Dutch and English
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a new business role with a focus on digital marketing, preferably at a digital agency
- Great communication skills (verbally and written) and the ability to persuade
- Experience working on pitches
- Proactive and likes to take the lead
- Ambitious, commercial, results-oriented, and knows how to plan and organize
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
