Copia Resources is seeking a highly skilled Junior Account Manager to assist with daily business operations, focusing primarily on customer service and sales. The role involves managing customer service for assigned territories, growing client relationships, and ensuring effective communication between clients, haulers, and field employees. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

  • Handle administrative tasks including customer service calls and answering emails.
  • Oversee the actions of field crews by reviewing route photos and communicating via Google chat and phone.
  • Work with hauler companies to resolve issues with client bins, pick-up schedules, and any other issues that arise with the garbage companies.
  • Handle communication between our office, clients, haulers, and our field employees.
  • Collaboratively work with all assigned BPO representatives who simultaneously provide support in your territory.
  • Be proactive by anticipating the needs of our client partners and presenting creative solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with portfolio clients.
  • Package contract deals and present them to clients.
  • Work with Account Managers on existing clients and leverage relationships to get new properties to propose services.
  • Assist the sales team with service recommendations, hauler pricing, and service changes.
  • Receive/make a mid to high volume of phone calls with a professional demeanor.
  • Email clients and ensure their needs are being met, along with the company's vision.
  • Upsell our services to current clients.
  • Complete assigned special projects, as needed.
  • Flexibly support additional territories, as needed.
  • Conduct customer service visits and site inspections.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and fast-paced.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
  • High verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy and efficient working with computers - Mac use preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting required.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred.
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Must be available to work most major holidays.
  • Must be able to switch to a Hybrid schedule with in-office work in Seattle, WA area (timeline estimate: April 2025).
  • 25% travel required.
  • Associates degree required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred.
