About The Position

Inova Blood Donor Services, located in Sterling, is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join the team in supporting the following areas: Alexandria City, Prince William County, Fredericksburg. This role will be Full-time Day Shift: Days and Hours will vary.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, Marketing, sales or other related field.
• 1 year of experience in Sales, Fundraising, recruitment, or other related experience in healthcare or high-volume service industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with team leaders and Donor Operations staff to facilitate customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, as well as internal and external relationships and recruitment strategies.
• Participates in Recruitment, Donor Operations, and other department-wide meetings to encourage strong relationships and team-building.
• Develops and follows through with blood drive plans to meet established efficiency standards for donors per staff per hour rates.
• Attends Chamber of Commerce meetings and other similar meetings as scheduled within the territory.
• Attends organized events within the assigned geographical territory for opportunities to expose Inova Blood Donor Services.
• Networks in the community and shares leads for other territories with other members of the Recruitment team.
• Other duties as assigned.
