The Account Manager (AM) role at Files.com is a premier Inside Sales position focused on farming the client base. The role requires B2B software sales experience and involves selling remotely using a team approach. Responsibilities
- Pursuing uplift opportunities from product/package expansion, migrations from acquired products to the Files.com platform, and price increases
- Selling SaaS subscription packages primarily on an annual contract
- Qualifying, discovering, progressing, closing, and forecasting upsell opportunities
- Conducting demos and sales presentations via Zoom
Requirements
- B2B software sales experience is required
- Experience in account management or inside sales is preferred
- Ability to sell remotely using a team approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SaaS subscription packages and annual contracts
- Ability to qualify, discover, progress, close, and forecast upsell opportunities
- Experience conducting demos and sales presentations
- Knowledge of product/package expansion, migrations, and price increases
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software
- Willingness to undergo in-house training
