About the position
The job overview for this role is to be responsible for managing a single service account within the operations department. This includes reviewing business performance against targets, maintaining and developing client relationships, and finding creative solutions for existing clients while pursuing new opportunities. The main goal is to ensure client satisfaction and meet their expectations by developing and implementing action plans through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- In charge of a single service account in part of operations
- Manage account KPIs and review business performance against targets
- Review KPIs and relevant financial and non-financial information related to business performance
- Maintain and develop client business relationships
- Develop creative solutions for existing clients and pursue new opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction with the company at all times
- Understand client expectations
- Develop and set up action plans, ensuring full implementation with regular meetings and follow-up
Requirements
- Working experience in operations management
- Strong knowledge of KPIs and ability to review business performance against targets
- Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information related to business performance
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions for existing clients and pursue new opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and meet client expectations
- Proactive in developing and implementing action plans
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
