As an Analyst in the Order to Cash (OTC) team at T-Mobile Magenta Services Center (MSC), you will support the development and maintenance of operational and business metrics, assess priority areas, and assist in operational reviews. You will work within the OTC department, collaborating with internal teams to support business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shared services environment.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify incomplete or inaccurate data and take corrective action.
• Ability to create and interpret financial and operational reports to enhance decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and process improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in shared services, finance, or a related analytical role.
• 5+ years of experience using key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.
• 5+ years of experience contributing to continuous improvement projects.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the OTC department in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in defining, tracking, and assessing KPIs and operational metrics.
• Support business case development by gathering inputs and validating assumptions.
• Maintain and build relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Identify opportunities for improving cash flow, margins, or process efficiencies.
• Address operational escalations by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
